woman performs unprotected oral sex on me for 30 seconds. Then brings me to orgasm with her hand.
Tip of penis is tender. I dismissed it as friction from rough sex
Discover bump where corona meets glans.
Slight congestion/sore throat. I wake up at night for two nights–several times-night sweats. Cant tell if its symptom or anxiety. Having nightmares and panic attacks. Four people at work complain of sore throat/fatigue.
Second doctor looks at it-unconcerned but orders test – HSV 1/2, igG/igM. As precaution prescribes Doxycycline/Famciclovir/Nystatin.
igG and igM negative-referred to urologist
Girlfriends tests=negative/has no symptoms.
Urologist says its not Herpes. Says first outbreak is usually obvious/painful and that it does not look like a Herpes sore. Feels it is dermatological. I stop Famciclovir.
Notice new bump on the other side of my head, close to urethral opening. Seems to be the feint appearance of a smaller one next to it. Don’t seem to cause discomfort. Parts of skin on the head of penis looks irritated. Feeling coming from my scrotum that resembles jock itch – which I’m prone to, but not visible. No burning/intense itching, but a feeling of “heat”.
new bump never looked as if it contained fluid but – twice – it looked a bit shiny, as if there was a thin film of fluid over it. Was hard to tell. Now I’m panicking, resume Famciclovir and make an appointment at STD clinic.
Doctor at clinic feels its not herpatic, states first outbreak would be more painful/obvious. Prescribes Clotrimazole, tells me to continue taking Doxycycline, and to commit to three weeks of treatment.
Swabbing doesn’t seem like an option, unless I can swab at home. By the time I get an appointment, I’ll have lost the opportunity. Cant test for another 12 weeks because of my taking the anti-virals. Appreciate any light you can shed on symptoms/possible next move. I’m breaking down

So if your partner’s antibody tests are negative, I’m confused about why you are still worried about this being herpes? You should feel reassured by her test results.
BTW nothing you have described here sounds like herpes to me, honestly. Nothing.
It’s a shame that you are taking antiviral medicine for something you’ve not been diagnosed as having. This is both a waste of money but also prevents you from having an antibody test soon that would reassure you. But then you are taking many medicines for things you’ve not been diagnosed as having. It would probably be best to stop taking things until or unless you have a real diagnosis.
