Hi, I was recently diagnosed with anal Hsv-1 after an initial outbreak occurred near the rectum. Would I still be able to transmit the virus using my penis through regular inter course if I’ve never had an outbreak on or around my penis?

Yes, both locations (penis and anus) are in the same nerve group and when it is active in one location of your body it is often active in the other.
