Is there a relation between the number that tests come back with antibodies for HSV2 and viral shed? Ex if the antibodies my body has is higher does that relate to me subduing or having active viral shed.

No, there is no relationship between viral shedding and the index value. But low index values could be false positives and should be confirmed.
