I just had a person who tested at 9.2 on her IgG test come out negative on her western blot. She had had another high IgG value as well so this was not an isolated test result. Five weeks ago I had someone with a 7+ on their IgG test negative on the western blot. If you tested positive, even if the value was greater than 3.5 but have never had any symptoms, you might want to consider the western blot. This is a new trend and not one I have seen before and is greatly concerning to me.

I’m confused, even though I had symptoms in between those 2 tests
