Woke up in middle of night and discovered cut on side of left hand between thumb and pointer. Thought might be whitlow but it had what appeared to be drop of dried blood on it. Also could see small flap of skin. Not super painful. Almost a mild stinging sensation if something brushed against it. Sound herpetic to you?
