      Hi Terri Warren,

      I had a video meeting with you on Tuesday March 1, at 5:20 about getting the Western blot. At the time you didn’t get to charge my card for the total amount but it has the correct amount now for the western blot and send me the requisition form. I also just received my kit today. You had mentioned potentially somewhere I could get my blood drawn for the blot test? You said someone near my area had asked the hospital or a lab and they said to bring the kit ? If you were able to find out if that location was willing to do the blood draw could you please let me know as well. Wasn’t sure how to contact you so I figured this was my next best option. If possible could we move forward with the blot testing. Thank you. Look forward to hearing from you.

      Has this been corrected? Could you share you initials with me? I think you are talking about the Albany area, but I could be wrong about this. If it is the Albany area, we just got this straightened out and the other person went to the Berkshire medical clinic in Pittsfield, MA.

      I could be completely wrong about who you are?

      My initials are IN. You are right, it is regarding the Albany area, I currently am waiting for you to charge my card for the blot test and send the forms needed, as we have already had a video call. Once past this step I will try finding time next week to get my blood drawn. Did the berkshire medical clinic also ship out the kit for that person after paying for the overnight shipping?
      Hopefully you remember who I am now. Very eager to move forward with this process and have results ASAP. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused you. (Not sure if you have my payment information still hopefully it’s on file or stored somewhere for you). Please let me know if there is any information you need from me.

      Got it. You will need to stop at a FedEx or UPS store and pick up a prepaid shipping label back to UW before you go to get tested. If you give them the label, they should be able to ship it for you.

      I’ll get your info sent out today.
