Can Canadians do the western blot test at the university of Washington?

Canadian doctors will not sign off on a request form for us, so we are hoping to go through Terri to get us a test, and we are close to the border so plan on doing the test in person to avoid border issues.

Can you sign off on the request form for patients after doing the video appointment for the western blot test?

Please, we can’t find answers anywhere.

The physician that we used to sign off on these test is not licensed in Canada and sometimes we have trouble with that. I think it depends upon the lab that you use to have the blood draw. If I were you, I would ask the lab about that. The question would be: can a US doctor sign off on the lab requisition to have the blood drawn
