Can I get herpes from scabies nails

Hello, I have ocd so this might be a werid questoins

1.Someone kissed me on the neck and I started thinking this might give hsv so I used
hand sanitizer right away on the spots and check and my lips, and then I looked up on inetrnet to see if hand sanitizer kills hsv I didn’t get specific answer, so I started to worry that i got hsv when i touched my lips while using hand sanitizer, is it possible

2.My brother cut me with his nails and bite me(but there was no wound where the bite was)
so i used hand sanitizer immediately and washed my hand, can you get herpes from scab from someone nails

i never got a cold sore or my family, but i heard that 90% have hsv 1 so thats what makes my woried

3.is it ture that if you had hsv 1 for long time like more than 25 years , you would not have hsv1 in your silva and you only contract it when you have out break

None of what you describe is a method for acquiring herpes.
Someone who has had HSV 1 for 25 years can still infect another person, yes.

No, HSV 1 is not in saliva all the time – it would be there intermittently if at all. And a kiss on the neck, without a break in the skin, would not transmit virus as the skin of the neck is too thick for virus to penetrate.
