Can I workout at a gym? HSV through sweat?

Hope all is well

My question is about sweat, I would like to start working out but worried about spreading HSV through sweat. I have HSV – 1 in my anus. I worry about sitting on the equipment at a gym and sweating on it, I would clean the seat after using it. I of course worry what if I did not get a chance to clean the seat, or my sweat from my anus getting anywhere in the gym. I also would not work out with an outbreak, but if I did or didn’t would this be a scenario where I could pass it to someone else?
