  HSV1 IGG was negative, HsV2 IGG was positive 15.7, with yeast infection. Is this worth getting a Western Blot to confirm? Thank you.

  Your HSV 2 index value is quite high. I have seen false positives higher than this, but very rarely.
  HPV infection would not interact with the HSV antibody test, if that is what you are asking.
