I am interested in participating in a clinical trial, but do not live in your area. Is it possible to participate by sending in results? Or are there other centers in other areas where I might be able to participate?
Right now I am not aware of any open clinical trials for people with genital herpes right now that are anything but a single visit to do a swab test or something similar. I am assuming you are interested in something more substantial, like a treatment trial of some kind? If you had asked me the middle of last year, I could have given you three options but right now, they are all closed out. If you had an indeterminate herpes western blot, I also would have a trial for you. But other than that, nothing right now, sorry about that.

Ok. Do you have any new information about the vaccines that have purportedly finished Phase 2 trials and may be going into Phase 3? Is there anything on the horizon that will soon be accessible?
We are still involved in the phase 2 Genocea trial as well as Vical and Agenus. All look promising but I think we are at least five years out.
