Hello Terri,
Thank you in advance for your help.
Yesterday I noticed 2 small tiny white bumps on my lip line. They are close to each other but not connected.they are white, not clear and have clear defined edges. There is no tingling or itching.
I had a WB done in June which was negative for both hsv1 and hsv2. I have had no exposure that I can remember.
How can I tell the difference between a aclogged pore and a sore.
I have a pic I took and can send it to you if you like.
Thank you!
Sorry we don’t accept pictures on this website. But what you describe sounds nothing at all like a cold sore. They sound very much like fordyce granules or fordyce glands, which are enlarged oil glands. They are completely normal, harmless, and painless. Abo9ut 70-80 of adults have them.
Terri
