Hi Terri I have been reading up on coconut oil as a topical treatment for aiding in healing a herpes out break and for consumption as a antiviral and antibacterial treatment. Have you read or heard of such thing?

There is no evidence that I am aware of in good clinical trials that coconut oil does anything at all for herpes. I wouldn’t bother
