Possible infection date was 6 days since writing this. I’m a 35M and received unprotected oral.
Day 1: felt tingling and hot penis head
Day 2:inner thighs numb and penis head starts to be more painful
Day 3:the numbness moved to lower back and thighs penis head consistently sore
Day 4-now: legs bum numb seems to be expanding to arms and tips of hand penis head pain has eased
So currently on day 6 and still feel numbness went to do blood work and urine test yesterday on day 5 results here take about 2weeks and the anxiety is killing me. Told doctor symptoms and said he doesn’t believe it’s herpes since no visible lesions.
The numbness seems to be expanding to the arms and tips of fingers. What are the chances I’m just over reacting

Herpes doesn’t cause numbness like this. And any herpes test that you had done this soon to detect infection won’t be accurate yet. And certainly, herpes would not be causing a sensation in your arms and tips of fingers. Have you ever in your life had a cold sore on your lip? If yes, then this is the type of herpes we worry about when receiving oral sex and if you’ve had it orally, then you are very unlikely to get it genitally.
