Hi I was diagnosed with HSV 1 about a month ago. When I was younger I remember having cold sores that would develop under my nose or in my nose but never around my mouth until last mouth when I was diagnosed through a blood test. I also have pimple like lesions that form under or on my breast, and sores that look like bug bites but do not crust over. I m now concerned that I have transmitted it to daughter because I noticed a pimple like lesion on her torso. I haven’t told my boyfriend about the diagnosis because he hasnt had any symptoms. My questions are: Is it possible I had HSV 1 as a child and didn’t know since I never had an oral outbreak? Is it possible I have transmitted this to my daughter since she is now has this pimple like lesions? And should I inform my boyfriend since he is showing no signs?

You have HSV 1 antibody because you had cold sores under your nose as a child. Under the nose technically IS an oral outbreak as it is in the same nerve group. Once you have this infection in one location on your body, is is extremely unlikely you would acquire it in a new location on your body, including under your breast or in the genital area.
Does your boyfriend get cold sores or has he ever had one? If not, he could be tested for HSV 1 like you did. If positive, then you have no worries about transmission to him. If he is negative, the test could miss it OR he is uninfected. If he is truly uninfected, then you could transmit HSV 1 to him through oral sex, even if you have no lesions at the time you give him oral sex, though asymptomatic transmission is less likely to happen than it is when you have a cold sore or nose lesion.
I seriously doubt that your daughter acquired herpes from you on her torso.

I’ve never seen him with a cold sore and he has never mentioned but I’m sure that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have itSo if he does have HSV 1 and he performs oral sex on me can it be transmitted to my gentials? I have been worried because my daughter picked up a drink I had been drinking without me noticing but I didn’t have any cold sores at the time.

No. You already have HSV 1 do you cannot get it from him in a new location. But if he doesn’t have it, you can give it to him. I wouldn’t worry about sharing a drink with your daughter in this situation at all.
