I took a blood test and my HSV 1 CAME BACK NEGATIVE AND THE HSV 2 WAS 5.00 POSITIVE. HOWEVER THE BIOKIT CAME BACK NEGATIVE. THE DOCTOR SAID THERE WAS NOTHING CAME UP AT ALL WHEN THEY DID MY BIOKIT TEST. SO NOW I AM UNSURE
Well, I can see how that would be terribly confusing. My goodness.
I would strongly suggest a herpes western blot for you. Our clinic can order this test for you to be drawn at a lab near where you live. Or you can order a test kit from the University of Washington. Please let me know how else I can help you. This is very confusing.

Yes. I would like for the test to be ordered and take at a lab because I don’t have a primary physician.
Please call my clinic on the number on this website and they will set you up an appointment with me for a phone consultation and we will take care of this. I believe I still have appointments available on Tuesday.
