Hi Terri,
11 days ago I went to a rub and tug and got a hand job – she used lots of oil. When I climaxed I felt a burning senstation at the tip of my penis which occasionally happens from time to time when I am dehydrated but never this painful.
2 days later my penis head became somewhat inflamed and very itchy – 2 days after that I began to notice a burning sensation when peeing and noticed just inside my pee hole (not sure technical term) was very red and this continued for 5 days – I thought I might have contracted an UTI or maybe ghonorea from the lube and reached out to my doctor.
7 Days from the day of itchiness I woke up to find a white layer on the corner of my penis hole which and it looked somewhat wet – I didnt notice anything else but it was white/yellowish. I ended up picking at it after I got it wet and it looked like an ulcer. I then left it until I saw my physician the next day who took a swab (they said the swab is 50% accurate and the fact its late in the cycle) and the it was somewhat hardened over again by the time they did it. The doctor told me that it is most likely herpes.
Since then I have been sent out for bloodwork for all the STDS (except herpes), UTI, Hep B, etc and nothing has come back positive – I did not have a UTI and its still pending on Chlaymdia, Ghon, and Syphiliis.
I read online and people say its practically impossible to get herpes from this sort of thing but I ended up sitting in the bath again and then the white layer got moist and i picked at it and I see two white round edged thing (looks like ulcers?)
Is it possible for me to have gotten hsv2 from this? Am I the 0.1% person here – no fluid exchange but her hands or oils moved it around? Seems crazy
The other caveat is that last year I did the Western Blot and was only positive for hsv1 but I have never had a coldsore in my life? Maybe in my nose
My only rationale is that I have had ghsv1 for years and this trauma to my penis caused me to 1st outbreak

I have a photo of what the ulcers look like if you want to see – if you even doing that sort of thing.

No, herpes is not transmitted by someone simply masturbating your penis. That is not how this virus is transmitted.
If you’ve truly never had a cold sore – and I know you aren’t sure about that – then the HSV 1 infection could be genital if you’ve received oral sex in your lifetime.Terri
