My husband and I have been married 20+ years. I got hv1 from oral sex ( we foolishlydidnt know that was a risk) 10 years ago soon after giving birth vaginally. I developed my first OB near my anus. Misdiagnosed by my primary and OB doc. I suffered miserably until finding Westover heights. Things calmed down and I used acyclovir as needed when outbreaks happened. Not frequently or to severe. ( every 2 years) Well,I am currently experiencing a terrible outbreak. It feels similar to my original. I was just on a long road trip, I’ve been a bit more rundown, currently taking medication for vertigo. I’m curious and worried about the intense OB I’m having.
Does it make sense to start daily antivirals if it only happens every 2 years… Should I just get a prescription and treat this OB?
what is the latest and greatest way to get relief from the sting/ itch, burn pain. I’m also pissed off my darling husband has been using my acyclovir for his cold sore and has left me with 4 pills. What is the best way to get acyclovir quickly now that Westoverhas closed?
Planned parenthood? I’m in quite a bit of pain and feeling
frustrated. I have three children
and I need to get back to feeling better ASAP.I also find my self irrationally mad at my husband that I have to deal with this at all. Long drive home from spring break today -10hours sitting 😫
