So to begin I want to start by saying I have bad health anxiety, I (M22) had unprotected sex when a female who didn’t disclose she was HSV2+ until after intercourse, I’ve had no sores or bump cluster or anything (one bump that I strongly believe was an ingrown that I pulled the hair out of and it went away the next say) I have no visible symptoms but I do have pelvic and scrotum pain and tingles here and there. I googled the symptoms which gave me even more anxiety and I been analyzing my body extremely which Is why I feel every tingle. No uncomfortable urinating its been about 14 days. She stated she is in valtrex and haven’t had an OB in a year. I believe if she never told me I probably wouldn’t of noticed anything. Should I be concerned?
Forgot to mention I tested <.90 on iGg but may have been too early. My hips and lower back are super tight as well. If it was for the slight tingle in my penis here and there I think I would be sure im ok but the anxiety has been on another level
Lastly theres super small white bumps on my shaft, some with hair follicles coming out, im hoping it may be fordyce
Herpes does not cause pelvic and scrotum pain. If she’s on Valtrex and it’s been a long time since her last outbreak, I think infection for you in this situation is highly unlikely . The very small white bumps sound absolutely nothing like herpes to me.
