Hi! Recently I just got my std check done through LabCorp. My HSV1 and HSV 2 came back positive. My HSV1 that I have had some middle school came back at 40. My HSV 2 came back at 1.17 with a positive supplemental. Is there a chance this could be a false positive with that low of a number? Thanks so much for your help

There is absolutely a good chance that the supplemental test is incorrect. I now have more than 100 patients who had a supplemental test from LabCorp and negative western blots, especially with these very very low index value numbers.
