Hello,
What are the chances that HSV2 is transferred from female genital go males hands (whitlow) if he has a cut in skin but female is not breaking out and on suppression meds?

Very low chances. Not zero. Observe the area of the cut for 10 days, if blisters show up, have them swabbed. if they don’t, take it off your worry list entirely
