Good day
I will be referncing 2 different scenarios. The 1st one happened about a year ago. i cant really relate it 2 any particular sexual encounter but i started feeling a slight tingling sensation in my penis on and off(it wasnt a serious pain but i could notice it especially when i was laying down and doing nothing). This “pain” lasted almost 2 months(i also had a fever probably unrelated) and when i went to a urologist and did a urine test, he said there was nth wrong tho of course he didnt perform any sexual tests. after almost 2 months the pain went away and that was that. i didnt see any bumps or scars on my penis tho i didnt really check that much.Fast 4ward to about 2 months ago, i had a sexual encounter where i recieved an unprotected blowjob for a couple minutes. On getting home 3 hours later i started feeling the tingling sensation in my penis(like last year) again. This went away after a couple of days, and then came back again and this time i found a bump on my penis. I found it inside my penis like u cant see it unless i open my penis lips and look at it. I think one could call it a herpes bump tho it didnt hurt at all and i cant really see any pus filled but i could be wrong. Anyways fast forward till today and almost 2 months later and I still have the tingling in my penis and the bump is still there inside my penis.. i think herpes bumps are supposed to scar and dissapear after a couple weeks right but i dont think this would..
So from all these explanations. what do u think
I mean i am pretty sure i have some sort of genital herpes based on all this symptoms but is it supposed to last this long?P.S i dont know if this info helps but i have also had a cold sore last year(this is unrelated to the penis tingling last year i think). I dont think i had a cold sore when i was a kid tho i did have canker sores so i know the difference(and to be honest the canker sores are occuring more frequently this year.
i also had a cold sore this past month -

Hi
Just wanted to remind you that my question was still unanswered..
and add a new detail
today i just got out of the shower and found a solitary looking pimple on the shaft pf my penis…i popped it and a little bit of fluid came out…
Now i have had folliculitis for a while (on my head, face, pubic area, buttocks) and i recently shaved my pubic area a few days ago.. But still i have never gotten a bump on my penis shaft before from folliculitis so i dont know what to think…
also the “herpes” looking bump inside my penis head is still there btw

So when someone says “the pain was there for a solid two months”, I know that herpes is very unlikely to be the cause of the pain as herpes is an intermittently occurring problem, not a steadily occurring one. I seriously doubt that the “herpes bump” in the urethra has anything to do with herpes, at all. As for the pimple on the shaft of the penis, I just don’t know. If you get another, have a professional take a look at it.
