Hi Terri
I am interested in getting the western blot test for HSV but I’m not sure how to get the process started as I am from the UK. What should my first steps be?
Thanks
The first step, if you want to do with through me, would be to set up a video conference with me. I will be out of the country until November 8, leaving tomorrow, so it will not be sooner. I do have someone in London who can work with you to get the blood drawn, work on shipping, etc.

Hi Terri,
I have been trying to schedule a video conference like you have said but when I select any of the date options that are available it says invalid date and it will not let me continue. Is there any way to fix this? I have been trying to find the solution to this on the support group but cant really find one.
Thanks
Harry
I have several openings in my calendar right now. If you are using a UK phone or address, it might not let you do it. Make up a US phone and address, see if that makes a difference.
People have been making appointments all day yesterday and today

Hi Terri,
I was able to make an appointment and selected one for the 5th December 2023 at 7:00pm. However, after I have selected that option and have gone through the scheduling process it then says that my appointment is then booked for 12th may 2024. I have tried to schedule the appointment on different devices but I always have the same issue. Any chance you know why this is? and do you see my appointment for the 5th December on your end?
Thanks,
Harry
Hello,
I’m having the same issue as well. I booked Dec 5th but for som reason it moved to May 13th. I think the evisit calendar is messed up.
Please let us know how to proceed.
