I’m a Chinese female with oral hsv1 since 2021.
last time of sex (had oral sex) was 2022 June 1 with a man,
right after that , my whole vulva was swelling and red. gynecologist said it was yeast infection with unclean discharge . I used the anti-yeast medicine for 4 days
at June 6 I still felt the burning and tingling at right side of frenulum of pudendal labia. ( Frenulumofclitoris) the doctor found out a red round dot(1mm size bump) at the gate of vaginae there then I used metronidazole and it disappeared
then I still feel burning and tingling in the inner right side of perineum intermittently（the place was different from the red dot).
at June 10. the Dermatologist who said the skin is very normal and give Pimecrolimus。 i used that for 3 months but I still felt tingling and burning on the right side of perineum for 1 minutes daily for 3 months.
on September 1. I stopped using Pimecrolimus for 10 days. then my gynaecologist who said the vulva was swelling and red and covered by white discharge. yeast infection and I used Miconazole Nitrate Cream for 2 weeks and cured.
On September 15, an HPV wart on my labia major, and then I used Photodynamic therapy for 2 times.
on October 22, 2 long cuts with a length of 2mm with some very tiny pimples nearby on right perineum. a dermatologist said it was herpes and the blood test hsv1 igg positive and then 1 hour later， my gynecologist who said it was not and gave me chlortetracycline eye ointment and the cuts cured in 2 days without any scabs.
on November 1 the right part of the labia major showed a burning feeling that lasted 2 minutes daily till now. it did not have lesions.
5 blood herpes test on july,sept, oct.nov dec.: igg hsv1 positive hsv2 negative
(on sept and oct, I eat Thymopeptide Enteric-coated Capsules）index: igg herpes 1 is 164. ( negative range is 1-16)
hsv2 is 0.8 negative range is 0-9do I have herpes? ghsv1 ? should I order a western blot to check ghsv 2

I am not familiar with this medicine2 since I have oral herpes for 2 years can I still have herpes down there ？I have 5 times of hsv1 positive . could it be the hsv2 not detected ?
That would be extremely unlikely.I did 3 pcr for some suspected symptoms and they are negative : the red swelling and some bumps (doctor said it is folliculitis） the discomforting feeling around anus but I missed the time when I had the cut on October because doctor did not even mention it . do u think I have genital herpes ?
I do not3 if I want to have western blot to check if I have hsv2? is there any agency in China can help do that ? I’m concerned about the delivery the temperature condition of preserving the blood. is Hongkong have the service?

1, as for two sign: at June, the doctor found out a red round dot（may looks like a pimpliness)(1mm size bump) at the right side of perineum and again , on October 22, 2 long cuts (may look like ulcer with long size)with a length of 2mm with some very tiny pimples nearby on left side of perineum, did the first one and the second one being to ghsv? or do I have hsv2 because i saw a person in your forum that has hsv2 positive via prc with 5 times of hsv2 negative of blood test ?

I honestly don’t know but I doubt it.3 you mention that if i have oral hsv1 in the past, it less likely to have ghsv1 even if i receive oral sex from someone with oral hasv1?
Correct4 is possible that my saliva of oral hsv1 transmits to my boyfriend who is free from hsv1 and he use that saliva to give me oral sex, i could get genital hsv1 ？
No, that’s not how that works. Once you have HSV 1 in one location on your body, it is highly unlikely you would get it in a new location. Even with the situation that you describe above.5 i want to do western blot , can you help deliver the kit to China, and i send my blood to WHS lab ? or is there any other way that i can do WB since i am still worried.
I think this would not be possible.
