I have a 3.5 year old daughter (ceserean) and been married for over 7 years with the same man. We have both been faithful. I don’t recall testing for HSV 2 previously but I tested now that I am 2 months pregnant with baby #2 and the result showed me at 2.39 with a reference of 0.00 – 0.90 being normal. I tested in Labcorp. (I found out with a call from the gyno nurse) I am so worried now that i am having problems sleeping and am so stressed out. My question is can this be a false positive? And how can I be absolutely sure if I do or don’t have HSV2? My partner got tested today and waiting on results. We have never had any rash or any bumps in our genitals.
Please help! Thanks in advance.
I think you must have posted twice here as I believe I answer this question already, yes?
