I had a lap dance where the dancer was naked. My penis was exposed but I had a condom on. Very minimal skin to skin/condom (if any) contact for less than a minute or two and no penetration. No obvious lesions or sores on the woman. Does this contact pose any risk?

I do not think that the situation that you describe presents any real risk of transmission. The condom covered the area of your penis that could have come in contact with the dancer and thus protected you.
