How soon can I have a second outbreak?

I had my initial GHSV1 outbreak 2.5 weeks ago (ulcers on both sides – about 4 total) and went on Valtrex for 7 days and everything cleared up. Today I noticed something a little different, more of a little pimple/bump – not a blister, just on one side.. Not the same spot but on the outside of the labia. Could this be the start of a second outbreak so soon? Now I am paranoid about everything.
I just took a valtrex but do I need to see my doctor again to see if this is an outbreak? How do I know for sure? I don’t have any other symptoms. I also used a product called Femclear that I saw online – have you heard of this and could it help?

Second question: I believe my boyfriend gave me the GHSV1 from oral sex. He had no symptoms but has tested positive as well. If I kiss him, can I get outbreaks on my mouth as well or will they always be on my genitals?

This may or may not be HSV 1 but if it is, the lesion will likely progress into something else. You don’t need to see your doctor with subsequent outbreaks, no, you just need to have a script on hand to treat future outbreaks as they arise, IF they arise. but if you want to know for sure if this is another outbreak, you could go in to be seen – I just don’t know that it is necessary.
I personally would not recommend Femclear

If you’ve not yet had an outbreak of cold roes, it is unlikely that you will get it orally now, but if he has a cold sore actively, I think for a month or two, I would not kiss him when it is present.

Today I noticed a small group of what looks like tiny little bumps on the other side. I did shave yesterday so I am not sure if that is the cause because it is on the outside of my labia, no where close to where I had my first outbreak with blisters. I am trying to see how many outbreaks I have during the first year so I don’t know if I should take valtrex today, just in case, or wait a few days to see if this is just a razor rash and not an outbreak. It doesn’t hurt and I don’t have other symptoms but I am paranoid about every single little bump anywhere near my privates.
I have never looked at myself with a mirror before so I really don’t know if this is normal.
Do you think I should wait a few days to see if this goes away?

if you have bumps that are tender, grouped, on a red base, you should have them swab tested.
So to summarize, you’ve never had a swab test of the original lesions, is that correct?
