Hsv 1&2 igg test

I recently has hsv 1& 2 igg ab done per my request . my hsv 1 igg 15.50 2012 was 2.51 hsv 2 high at 13.40. In 2012 negative . it was done Zeus hsv 1&2 ratiran nj heard this test that this lab uses is a bad test have you ever heard of false positive within this range or with this test?

Also would you definitely repeat this with quest lab and how long would you wait

Have you had many new partners between the tests done in 2012 and those done in 2015?
I am not a big fan of Zeus, no. I much prefer the herpeselect done by Quest. If you want to repeat it, you can do that now if you like – there is not a reason to wait unless you have had a recent new partner that might have infected you. Is that the case?

Terri have you seen hsv 1&2 test results like this and was a false positive ?

I’m just not that familiar with the Zeus test. If I had to bet one way or the other I would guess that it is a true positive, but I’m not clear about their cutoff values for positives. Did you see my question about partners between your test in 2012 and now?
