I was tested on 02/18 for an annual STD screening (I unfortunately haven’t done one since 2020). I came back clean except for HSV2.
The test was done at Labcorp and the HSV 2 lgG, Type Spec yielded a 2.70.
However, the lgG Supplemental test yielded a negative result?
Could this be a chance of a false positive?

It is very likely that you are NOT infected with HSV 2, due to the negative supplemental test. There is good agreement between people who test negative on the supplemental test who subsequently test negative on the western blot
