Recently had a 10 panel STD. Had cold sores since child, however HSV 2 came back with a 1.22igg rating. How accurate is this and could it be a false postive. Never had genital sores down below.

It could definitely be a false positive – 85% chance that that is the case. You could get a western blot to clarify this, per the CDC recommendations.
