Hi, my partner is Hsv2 pos and i’m negative. We are still navigating safest practices but we had a question. If he were to rub his penis between my breasts, creating friction, is the transmission rate high? I know HSV2 is typically down below but the high level of friction makes me think it might be risky.

The breasts themselves are not vulnerable to HSV acquisition, though the nipple itself is a bit more vulnerable. I think this practice would be just fine, absent the nipple!
