I have had GHSV2 for 15 years. I am totally onboard with disclosure but am wondering if a man fingers me it can somehow be transmitted to him— I would rather not disclose if the encounter only goes as far as that.
I don’t believe, if his fingers are intact, and you can check that out prior to sexual activity, that you need to disclose for fingering, no.

Thank you Terry. What is the risk of transmission to man for oral, me receiving? Female, HSV2 for 15 years, an outbreak maybe once or twice a year.
Also, fingers intact meaning no cuts? I thought mutual masturbation posed no risk but apparently there is some risk of…?
no cuts, correct. Sometimes people acquire HSV on the finger called whitlow.
We don’t have stats on transmission via someone giving you oral sex, but I think it’s quite low – not zero.
