Hi I had a igg of 21 hsv2 back in September last year..I started going completely raw for one month and my igg went to a 11.10 I’m 6 months in with supplements and the diet and it won’t really move anymore.i take zinc, selenium, vitamin c, food grade hydrogen peroxide, olive leaf, oregano oil, monolaurin as well. It’s constantly starting around the 11igg number.. I’m getting upset because I don’t understand why my igg won’t keep going down I’m literally doing everything.. It’s literally just staying.. What else can I do.. I’m thinking about the ozone therapy.. Can you help me to understand what’s the problem…(I don’t get bumps,I only get a swollen lymph node under my right ear) that’s it.. I’m so lost I wanna give up but I have an appointment in April for ozone.. But I need help. I’m scared
Your IgG result of 11 is a high positive and it’s not going down because you have HSV-2 infection. I think you might be paying way too much attention to the number associated with your positive result. I’m also wondering if you think that by doing all of the things that you’re doing, that you can somehow be rid of herpes or that the numbers will go low enough that you don’t have it anymore. I’m sad that you’ve decided to try Ozo therapy and the costs associated with that because there is no good evidence that that’s going to help your herpes go away. Maybe you would be willing to tell me what you are trying to accomplish by doing all of these things? Like exactly what you’re trying to do?
