Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. I live outside the U.S. and I’ve had trouble communicating with my doctor here so I wanted to see what you think.
Late November, 2017 unprotected sex once
Late December, 2017: burning, tingling, and pinching feelings on my lips and around my nose. I was very anxious because I thought it was HSV (I’ve never had a cold sore). This lasted for about 5 days, no blisters. A few days later I had tingling in my thighs followed by pain on my penis glans, no sores, no redness, just a stinging/burning pain. I also had a red rash across my knuckles and angular cheilitis. The hand rash and cheilitis went away within a few days after putting antifungal on them. I was tested for all std’s (including herpes). All was negative. The pain went away in about 2 weeks.
Early Febuary, 2018: I have similar tingling/burning on thigh. Then the same burning/raw feeling on penis. This continues, off and on, for the next four months. I would have pain for about 3 weeks, then a few days of feeling fine, then pain again for about 3 weeks. I developed a shiny red rash on my perineum, which my doctor gave me antifungal for. This worked well for that rash but the penis pain persists. I developed a shiny, pink patch on my foreskin that comes and goes but doesn’t hurt. I also have something that kind of looks like a small cut on my foreskin, but it’s not red. It usually hurts quiet bad but it hasn’t healed at all for 2 months. Sometimes it doesn’t hurt at all. I haven’t developed any other rash or bumps in the area.
I’ve been tested two more times for HSV (and HIV) all negative. I don’t know the brand of test, only that it is IGG. I’ve been looked at by 7 doctors, including a dermatologist and a urologist. My tests were: 5 weeks, 11 weeks, and 15 weeks from November. I’ve been treated for prostatits, fungus, and eczema, no luck yet. Should I get WB? The doctors here are refusing any more herpes tests/treatment.
Thank you again -

Nothing you have described here worries me for herpes. The thing is, you have no sores, just skin sensations and the majority if the time when people report only that, their western blots are negative. You could get the blot if it would provide you with clarity and peace of mind but I think it is highly unlikely that it will be positive.
