Is HSV 2 possible in this situation?

– I saw an escort
– oral sex with a condom
– rubbing my penis and genital area against her butt with a condom on my penis
– her vagina was covered with a thong, but her butt was completely exposed, along with a lot of the skin near the vagina

So, there was no contact between her vagina and my genital area, but there was contact between my covered penis and my bare genital area and her butt / skin surrounding vagina.

2 weeks after this encounter I got a pimple looking type lesion on my penis that hurts. I’m prone to folliculitis and have had HPV warts, so I’m thinking it’s one of those. But I’m not sure.

Is an HSV transfer possible in this situation?

I don’t believe that your activities presented any real risk at all for HSV 2 acquisition BUT I don’t know anything about your previous history or herpes status. Did you have the pimple thing evaluated in person or swab tested?
