Hello please help me.
I made a massive mistake I hope does not have lifelong consequences. I cheated on my fiance and boyfriend whom I’ve had a 10 year relationship with. It is something a deeply regret and am ashamed of. I had unprotected oral sex from a gentleman in his 60s. He has 2 partners a bottom and top he occasionally sees. (We spoke after I started feeling symptoms about his sexual history.) He told me he has safe sex everything and gets stis tested every 4 weeks. Apparently he tested negative for hsv1 and 2 days before we met. He had sex with one of his partners 3 weeks before we met and I cannot verify if they had protected oral sex. I made him take another herpes test 7 weeks from his exposure and he came back negative again. I received a negative hsv test 3 weeks and 7 weeks after exposure. I am having concerning symptoms.
Oh boy they are a list of sumptoms…
From immediately after sex I knew he gave something to me. It was an irritaion in my groin. Lymph nodes in abdomen were irritated. I got tested for chlymidia and gohnerra 1 day later was negative. Treated with 7 days of cipro and azithromycin 1 gram. I thought my lymph nodes were getting better to day 3 then I noticed the improvement stopped and my lymph nodes remained inflamed. I asked my fiance on day 3 if a red dot bump on my anus looked bad. The gentleman put his finger there a couple times during massage.
I went to pcp and saw np they did a panel for all stis 7 days after this was Wednesday before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving, I wiped my anal area and noticed significant bleeding all the sudden and pain on my anus. I used my anal toy a few days before when I had no anal problems and noticed my anus itchy one day and tightening the next to be painful.
I did not get this first anal sore and I should’ve. At this point I was so depressed knowing I had anal and genital herpes. The sore on my butt and inside was weeping to my knowledge or leaking fecal matter. This went on for a few weeks.

I was devastated knowing I can potentially give this to my fiance. I broke the news to him and he was extremely angry at first but also supportive of me getting better. We are still together and he tries to help me not freak out every day or go cry in the bathroom at work. The day after Thanksgiving I worked a shift and I noticed my body reacted super hard. I experienced my nerves stimulating from back to hands from lowe back to feet. The chills or the nerve stimulation I had felt sometimes like pins and needles. My finger tips I noticed some had red spots on the ends and might have felt numb (I was touching my anal sore constantly telling myself it wasn’t herpes because it didn’t hurt badly only hurts a tad if I touch it I was and am still more concerned about my anus leaking and it smells different.) Sometimes my finger nerves were stimulated vibrated and my back was hurting. Over the next few days after I felt like the herpes went into my lower back leaving me with occasional unprovoked nerve stimulation in my hands and feet, I never felt like I had a fever or local pain. A week after getting negative tests and I noticed a feeling of urgency to urinate I went to the urgent care to get the sore swabbed, looked at, and tested again for everything this is week 3. They gave me 6 metronidazole, ceftriaxone injection, and doxy for 10 days because they saw blood in the urine. After a few days the urination pain stopped. The swabs were negative so I went to the er and got a blood test it was negative. From there to week 7, I noticed more anal sores they swabbed but thought were abrasions and not herpes. A derm np looked at my hands and my anus and penis and saw that I might have an anal yeast infection. I got it treated with fluconazole and noticed improvements after a few hours. My bottom is still occasionally leaking fluid or staying moist. My testickes occasionally feel a tinge of pain very rarely. My lymph nodes have been pretty much uncomfortable for 8 weeks now.

Now next Monday I’ll try to see if the man can get another hsv test done as it will be week 12. He feels very bothered and irritated that I keep telling him he potentially gave me herpes. He has no symptoms. I was supposed to see the urologist for my abdominal discomfort. Idk if I mentioned that my back, gluten, legs, and feet have been hurting or had weakness for the first few weeks as well. I believe some of it improved when I started a vitamin d supplement that my gp np started a few weeks ago. I am trying to schedule an appointment with ID too because I have an illness and it isn’t going away. I have something that is giving my hands and feet less sensitivity to touch more cold sensitivity and occasional pins and needles. This is constant. My lymph nodes in my groin are constant aleve helps. I felt some chest congestion and muscle pain in my left pectoral thinking it was a heart problem. I guess standing right now how does it look like I don’t have hsv1 or hsv2? If he’s negative again next week, should I believe it’s something else. Should I stop testing if I’m negative at 12 weeks? What are my chances it is something else? I’ve had depression and anxiety through this whole experience cannot sleep or eat well. Or drink enough water. I lay around because I’m just uncomfortable. My butt leaks fluid and masterbation is uncomfortable. And no identifiable classic herpes lesions anywhere. I got swabbed 4 or 5 times I can’t remember please help me.

If it has been 12 weeks since the encounter, have you had a herpes antibody test yet?
Has anyone done internal anal exam? I’m curious about why you are having anal leaking? Has anyone given you suggestions about that? Herpes would be more likely to cause constipation rather
Honestly, your symptoms are not really consistent with herpes. And generally, herpes does not cause anal bleeding either.
What were the results of your herpes swab testing?
And I am correct that you received oral sex from this new partner and did you also give oral sex to him? And the only anal contact was his finger in your anus?

Thank you Terri for responding to me I really really appreciate your help.
12 weeks for him from the encounter he had with his partner is next Monday. He will get a test done on Friday of next week.
I have to make an appointment with a GI doctor to see if they can look at it. My fiance has a doctor he saw recently I can maybe see. No one made suggestions except for the fluconazole they gave me and topical nystatin.
All of the swabs done on every lesion I could see were negative they were in the anal region.
He gave me oral and I didn’t kiss him or give him oral.
He put his finger on the outside of my anus and a little inside too.
Again he and I tested negative at 7 weeks after our exposures.
Right now I have discomfort where I believe my lymph nodes are but no visible sores.
If he is negative next Friday which is about 90 days I believe should I think he may be a false negative and just wait for me to get tested again with western blot when I’m 12 weeks out? I’m not sure why my nerves are agitated in my feet like pins and needles occasionally here and there throughout the day. A pinch on my hand or a stimulation there in my index finger. I go to neurologist tomorrow. Would herpes one day feel like it all went into your lower back giving you chills very easily cold sensitivity all the time. I was told tje prodromal sumptoms hit you hard everything is mild to moderate pain no electric pain. Thank you again for the followup

I purchased more questions. I got tested 2 days ago again for herpes this will be 9 weeks post interaction. So far right now I feel like I have slight nerve stimulation in my feet and muscle twitching. My back hurts a little on the side too. Im going to see urology today and infectious disease tomorrow to see if they can decide what it might be as well.

Those are incredibly vague symptoms and I would certainly not jump to the conclusion that this is herpes, based on those symptoms.
