Is this ghsv1 or something else?

Symptoms After Oral Head (also masturbated a lot)
– first week (June 11) penis was inflamed couldn’t get an reaction for 3 days
– Got a shot and that help with the inflammation and started to get erection again
– Got tested for UTI, STD, all negative
– Slowly became better
– Got better for two weeks (July), masturbated and started getting irritated on the tip on penis (mid July)
– now having incontinence, dribbling peeing, sometimes feel like I have some small pee left on the head of my penis to get out. Felt like I was constipated during this time
– irritated feeling on penis head comes and goes
– random muscle aches
– random nerve sting

I tested for blood test 10 weeks in and it came negative as well. I don’t have any sores or anything as of august 19. I got a urologist coming up soon. Does this sound like hsv or could this be something else going on.

This sounds absolutely nothing like herpes to me. I’m glad you are going to see a urologist. Let me know what they say
