Just a Few Questions

Hi Terri, here is my background:

1. I had body to body massage with nuru gel from a csw with a slight chance that my penis (no condom) touched her vagina (can’t really remember – let’s assume it did for worst case scenario)
2. Note: No intercourse, no oral, no kissing, and no ejaculation
3. Bump which appeared to be folliculitis in my bikini line (as per my doctor) appeared during the first week of exposure also had fungal infection I had tingling randomly in my groin area (thigh, pubic and penis tip)
4. 3 weeks post exposure I was treated by my std/derma doctor for folliculitis, fungal infection, and NGU (antibiotics and antifungal)
5. Note: My GP, Dermatologist , and STD/Dermatologist doctors told me nothing looks like herpes
6. Got tested for HSV 2 IGM and HIV at 19th day post exposure – negative
7. 7 weeks post exposure slight tingle came back on my penis and my groin area (after driking sweets? But my sugar is ok as per FBS blood test).
8. Had slight pain (but it doesn’t hurt with soap and is not itchy) below my penis not sure if it is from masturbation as far as I know it is not a sore, cut, or blister as of this writing. It did tingle near that area (though I tried making urine pass there and it didn’t hurt).
9. Had slight urge to pee sometimes, had back pain, leg pain sometimes maybe after too much walking/sitting, never had fever nor swollen glands.

My questions and thanks in advance:

1. Do my symptoms sound like herpes to you?
2. Is it possible for me to go with a westernblot test to be shipped to the Philippines at the 16th week mark rather than taking the 12th week IGG test. (Because IGM was the only test done to me)

Hope you are having a good time.

Just to add a few details

1. HSV2 IGM ELISA was 0.581 – I know IGM is not standard but is there a chance that this is a false negative?
2. Folliculities 2 on inner left thigh and 1 on left bikini line (they are like 1-2 weeks apart interms of appearance and left a dark mark no scabs one was super tiny though saw one on my butt as well but then again butt skin is too thick for a first OB) also no contact on my inner thigh and bikiniline as per massage.
3. Folliculities 1 right inner thigh left a dark mark as well no scabs
4. For the sensation on my penis no feeling when with soap or with urine so maybe it is all in my head? Never had a bump, sore, or lesion on the penis ever.
5. Random skin tingle in butt, scrotum, penis skin, and thigh but there is nothing there it’s like when I’m focused on something there is none maybe all in my head again?
6. Also penis and vagina contact I believe is very minimal if even it happened it’s not like she grinded her vagina to my penis.
7. I also felt my lower abdomen beating no weird coloration in urine btw and no discharge eversince.
8. Also let me know if I’m posting too much this is my first follow-up part of the 1 question and 2 follow-up questions for $20.

Not even a little bit

Yes, we can arrange a blot from anywhere, but one is NOT NEEDED in your situation. There is just no risk here and any symptoms that you might have have almost a zero chance of being related to any STI at all.
