On March 7th I visited a call girl. She gave me oral(mostly licking my scrotum and penis shaft) for about 10 secs before I stopped her and made her put a condom on. We proceeded with oral and sex with a condom. I then got very paranoid because I have a GF. Thinking it was rare I got herpes from this encounter I let my GF give me oral and we had sex the same week. on March 20th I got tested and everything came back negative. I then proceeded to have unprotected sex with my GF. on March 30th my GF showed me a rash she had on her buttocks that looked like hives and had some discoloration. On both cheeks but there were no sores, lesions, ulcers, or anything like that. It looked more like an allergic reaction or something but the 3 years I have been with my GF she has not had any reactions like that, and the fact it was on her buttocks worries me. I myself have had no symptoms whatsoever. It has now been a monyh and I am getting another blood test done today. We both were clean before we met and I have been tested several times before her. Do I have anything to worry about? I’m thinking I may have infected her.

This does not sound her panic to me. Herpes lesions on the buttocks would definitely have blisters of some kind and you are not describing that. I cannot make a determination based in the description alone about whether something may or may not be herpes but I think it is very unlikely in this situation. Obviously I don’t know what might be going on with her from previous sexual partners but your experience sounds to me like one with very limited risk.

Update! Had a blood test done at 4 weeks and everything was negative. I do take oil of oregano, dybiocide, and need, 3 antiviral supplements for a bacterial infection so I would assume that is affecting my test results. My girlfriend is going on almost 4 weeks and the marks are still there. No blisters still. no leaking fluid. A little raised inflammation and it almost looks like a little bruising because of the purplish contrast on some. for the most part the rash is red tho. on the bottom of both buttock cheeks. No pain and they only itch when she rubs that area in the shower. My myself I still have not shown any symptoms but that could also be because the antiviral supplements I’m taking?

the supplements that you are taking would not impact an antibody test. Not at all.
