Four days ago I went to a strip club and received a lap dance. She was wearing a thong, and I was wearing jeans and underwear. The dance consisted of her grinding on my genital region with hers for approximately 15 minutes. At no point did our genitals make contact due to our clothing. Immediately after the dance (about 1 to 2 minutes), I went to the bathroom. I unzipped my pants, touching the area where she was grinding, and pulled my penis through opening made when I pulled down my zipper. I’m concerned that because I made contact with my pants where she was grinding her vaginal area and then touched my penis and/or that my penis touched the exterior of my pants through the hole that I may be at risk for contracting herpes.
For the last couple days I’ve been feeling pain in my urethra, but no sores. I’m not sure if it’s something or if my mind is playing tricks on me.

The situation that you describe presents ZERO risk for transmission. Virus is not present on clothing.
Your mind is indeed playing tricks on you OR you had such grinding pressure on the penis that you have a sort of bruise in the urethra.
