      Hello Terri,

      On my 2/15/18 I received a low positive of 1.43. After researching on your site. I asked my pcp to order a WB but he would not. Instead he ordered a pcr which came back negative on 5/9/18. I have not had intercourse since November of 2017. Should I get the Elisa done again? I live in Hawaii and don’t know if there are any labs here who will draw blood for the WB. I have not had any symptoms that I can tell ever.

      Just to update. I brought my concerns up with my pcp and he has ordered the Western Blot for me.

      I’m so glad you were able to do that. Be certain it is the western blot from UW.
