I will start by saying i have been on antiviral for suppression for 4 years. I let someone masturbate me then short period of time after he proceeded to pull and tug on his testicles. I was so scared thinking to myself what r u doing, i did not share with him i am Hsv2. I know i know. We are really close friends and he shares most things with me, so i was not surprised when he texted me 60 days exactly later that he had a pimple on his lower back right by his crack that was bothering him. That was probably the worst day of my life and i have been consumed by fear since that day that his pimple is a herpe lesion from me. I kept waiting for him to text me back again about that pimple but he didnt, i thought if he doesnt go on about how its still bothering him, maybe it is just a pimple. That is where my herpes came everytime before i started taking antivirals. What is your opinion of my encounter.

He didn’t say anything for 60 days? And he only masturbated you with no penetration or oral sex? And he started pulling on his scrotum right away? Herpes symptoms would definitely not show up that quickly. I don’t think there is a risk here. If he has HSV 2, it most likely has nothing to do with you. Herpes just isn’t as easy to transmit. I would be happy to answer further questions.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. I thought herpes shows up about 2 weeks after, you say 60 days is too soon?
He definitely is not Hsv2 only me. How likely is the pimple he had simply just a pimple. Him saying he had a pimple above his butt crack is the only thing about this encounter that scared me. Thank you again for your quick reply. Have a nice weekend.

The physical symptoms of herpes, if a first infection ,normally show up within 2-10 days. 60 days is an extra extra long time to show. In fact, if the pimple is herpes, it could be from you or anyone.
So my understanding of your question is could you have given him HSV 2 and he shows up with symptoms 60 days later. is that correct?
It could be just a pimple, for sure. In which case, why would he tell you about it?

First of all thank you it is very thoughtful an gracious of you to continue responding on the weekend. i feel confident that time for infection to show can vary greatly, i first thought 60 days was a great deal of time to pass for this to be a herpe. It was actually his testicles he proceeded to tug and pull on after masturbating me. Is the testicle skin more suseptible? And to answer your question about why he would tell me of a pimple he can just be a little juvenille and immature with a weird sense of humor He asked would i like to pop it for him, weird i know. So i guess how does the 60 day period sound for first infection to show and is the testicle skin more suseptible? Thank you again Terri.

IF people are going to have symptoms with a first infection, they will show up between 2 and 14 days, most often before 10 days and on average 5.5 days after the infecting encounter. He might have first RECOGNIZED symptoms 60 days later, but this would be a recurrence, not a first infection. And it could be a recurrence from an infection years ago – or it could just be a pimple!
Hope that helps. The testicle skin is less susceptible than the penile skin. I would guess that testicle pulling is some sort of erotic thing, if I had to guess, rather than some sort of infection thing.I see you have three more questions remaining.
