Hi about 3 months after a sexual encounter I got a small bump on my vagina. No blister, just bump with a strange sensation. The doctor called it warts. It persisted for 8 months getting itchier before I extracted it with black salve. Painful! There was a type of root visible and then I got that biopsies and it was negative for hpv. It healed.
5 years later the sensation returned in the same place. And there was a tiny hard. Wart like fleck. In two places this time. I had one biopsies still not hpv (I was sure!)
The other vanished from taking beta glucans regularly. (It was microscopic almost impossible to see)
I wish I had them swabbed for herpes.
Is this possible to be herpes? 8 months? Not blister? 3 months after sex?
I’m so lost and confused
That sounds nothing like herpes to me. Herpes would come, form a blister, form ulcer, form a scab and then go away. The fact that your situation lasted so long really speaks strongly against this being herpes. Whether you have herpes or not I don’t know but this doesn’t sound like herpes
Terri
