5 days ago I received nude lap dances from nude dancers. A couple of them rubbed themselves on my exposed crotch. No penetration with penis but they did grind on me for about a minute (her backside on my crotch). I also touched and penetrated their vagina with my fingers.
Since this encounter I’ve had burning and itching sensation on my scrotum only and have been feeling a little run down to the point of needing to nap.
Today I also noticed a couple of small white single pimple looking spots on the far underside of my scrotum (not an area where she would have grinded on me though)
* itching on scrotum only
* burning on scrotum only
* swollen glands pelvic area and underarm
* mild headache 2-3 days after exposure
* feeling achy and tired
* general run-down feeling
* dull pain in right testicle for 2 daysNo pain itching or spots on my penis
Based on this description and my symptoms what do you recommend I do at this point to know if I contracted HSV2? Or do you feel I didn’t and it is something else entirely?

It’s been exactly two weeks since this encounter and last night I noticed a single pimple looking thing on the back of my neck. I received a haircut 5 days ago where the barber shaved the neck w a new razor as well. I can’t tell if the pimple is an ingrown hair or an actual lesion. It had an off white tip and a Bright red base that’s about a half inch in diameter. I’ve always still been experieencing itching in my scrotum and boxer short area and some weird pinpoint burning sensations in my scrotum but no lesions anywhere. I’ve also had a runny nose and congestion. I’ve seen a dermatologist and a regular Clinic doctor in the past two weeks. Neither of them thinks it’s herpes but the pimple on the back of the neck just happened last night. Should I go back to doctor to have it swabbed? What should I do? The regular Clinic doctor did a blood test at 5 days for hsv2 which was negative. Please advise am I being paranoid or is there a chance the new pimple looking lesion on my neck is hsv2?

There is no need to have the pimple swabbed. I am assuming that she didn’t rub her crotch on your neck and that’s the only way it would get there and besides, the skin on the neck is thick and the virus has to have mucous membrane or very thin skin like the penis to get into the body. You are being paranoid (to use your words, not mine). And I don’t believe that any of your genital symptoms represent a herpes infection, nope.
