Recently had pretty aggressive anal (and vaginal) sex. It was the first time I used some numbing cream to last longer. A few days later I started noticing some spots on my penis. They were colored (not raised) and scabbed over. They didn’t hurt. However, there is one spot closer to the pubic hair region that has been painful and oozing for a few days. There has been clear liquid coming out of it and the liquid can be seen around it. I took a napkin to it yesterday and there was also some colored puss like substance? Do you think this could be HSV2?
