I used a condom during sex with female. This was 5/06/22. Two days later 5/08/22 I started to itch between my butt cheeks. I also started getting laser like pain shooting to my penis tip! I also feel like something crawling on my testicle when I’m sitting still. A week later 5/13/08 my laser pain has subsided. I still feel a little itch in my testicle, face sometimes around my nose, and lip. There was no kissing, or oral sex! Could a have contracted HVS from the base of the condom like her fluids touching my testicle?

While that is possible, yes, I would expect sores somewhere in the area of the base of your penis if that happened. The itching could be from some yeast getting into the genital area from your partner – that’s pretty common. If you develop sores anywhere around the area of the base of your penis, be sure to have them checked out but I doubt that you will at this point.
