Regarding Herpes diagnosis, I am confused whether I do have hsv 1 or 2 or not

Hello,I had sex only once in life i.e 5 and half months back(25 may 2023).After a week of sex I had itching on my penis, dermatologist prescribed antifungal cream and aplying it i was relieved. After almost 2 months white small 4-5 pimples kind arised on penis, bit painful the next day red rash ocured on it and it releived on its own. Then dermat said its herpes. Then I did blood test, total leukocyte count was high, erythrocyte count was bit high and diferent leucocytes count were bit abnormal. Hiv and VDRL test was negative. Igm test for hsv 1 and 2 was negative. Then after 3 months I did hsv igm and igg for hsv 1 and 2 it was negative. 4 month after igg for hsv 1 and 2 was negative. On 4 and half month i did western blot igg for hsv 1 and 2 it was also negative. After 5 th month I again tested Igg for hsv 1 and 2 separately it was negative. I am having symptoms of fatigue, slight leg ache, frequent urination, itching on penis not continously, pus filled single pimples not in cluster -near, above and below lips, near chin area continously. Pimple thereafter on penis twice but only in single pimple form not cluster and not that painful. I am getting red single bumps al over buttocks which is slight painful and itchy. My palm of hand are geting dry.
Please clear my daubts:
1)As my hsv igg reports are normal back to back in 5 th month also ,do I have herpes or not, if yes then which type?
2)I have done western blot igg for hsv 1 and 2 from metropolis lab in india, they gave result in 3 days, Western blot is also normal. in 18 th week. Whether western blot from india is accurate ?
3) my dermat said I dont have herpes after seing igg results, he said might be yeast or fungal infecton. Antifungals it dint work fr me. If not herpes what it could be?
4) Do you think i ned to get western blot from Univerty of washington, if yes then guide me how to do it from india. UOW sent me step through mail but none of the doctors and labs know here how to send. I request to plz help

Hello Terri, I request you to please reply for the above queries . Please be informed, I used protection but i think it was not fully covered, i forgot to mention it above. I had done igg test from appolo lab india. My igg test after after 5 months of sexual contact also was below 0.9 range. I.e
hsv 1 – 0.511
Hsv 2 – <0.500

Both the above results are below 0.9 range.
Please confirm, do you have any tie up with indian hospital for sending sample for western blot.

It appears that you do not have HSV 1 or 2.

Not having seen it, I honestly can’t say.

If you can find someone to draw your blood and spin it down and you can manage shipping to the US, I can help you get the blot. tt would need to have a video consult, but you should have the blood draw and shipping nailed down before we do the talk.
