I had unprotected oral and protected intercourse with 2 females on April 8th and April 18th 2022 respectively. I met them in night club.
On April 20th I saw red rashes on penis head and swelling and cuts in the foreskin. Foreskin was sticky and I am diabetic.
I didn’t have any fever or sores filled with fluid anywhere, no scabs and pain was minimal. Only itching. I also didn’t have cluster of fluid filled blisters
Now symptoms are resolved and I only have some itching.
I wanted to know risk of herpes transmission. It looks to me like Balanitis. The foreskin swelling matched with pictures I saw online for balanitis
I did all STD tests on April 25th and it came negative.
I am unable to sleep and very tensed from past 10 days. Please suggest what should I do?
