I made a terrible mistake going to an escort about 5 days back. Here is a description what happened during the encounter.
I met her and as we entered the room, she asked me to take a shower and I did. I came out, which is when we began french kissing. I did not see any sores on her lips or around that. I may have kissed softly on her neck, nipples and back. She then went on to put a condom on my penis and inserted my penis in her vagina(sitting on me). As she just sat on me(just inserted), I asked her to remove it since I was not comfortable. My penis with condom on would have been in her vagina for <15 seconds. She then got off, removed the condom and went on to give me an unprotected blowjob and I came into her mouth. She then went to the bathroom and spat it and I left after that briefly.
On health side since the exposure, I haven’t had anything, expect :
* Some itchiness on random parts of the body (mostly light) – hand, legs, and sometimes around genitals
* I had a small stye in left eye on the bottom lid on day 2, which went away next day
* I had a minor swelling in right eye inner corner, which seems to be reduced. Had a particle go in my eye while walking, not sure if that caused itAfter exactly 2 days, I visited a nearby hospital. They did the urine test for Gonorrhea & Clamydia(results came back negative next day). At the visit, the doctor checked my penis & anus and they said they didn’t see any issue. The Dr suggested we proactively treat for Gonorrhea & Clamydia, which I did – took the injection there followed by 1g Azithryomycin in a few hours.
I have been having sleepless nights every since with the fear that I may have picked something up and the guilt of doing this while in a relationship.
Almost every few hours, I am going to the bathroom to check area around my penis.
I wanted to know what my risks are for HIV and STDs like Herpes, HPV, NGU etc. Also, when should I get tested for these.

The risk for any STD in this situation is very low because you used a condom for all of the vagina to penis contact and also because the intercourse was so brief. The oral sex is low risk but no zero risk. The most common thing, in my experience, to acquire through receiving oral sex is HSV 1 genital infection. This is transmission of the cold sore virus from the mouth to the person receiving the oral sex. The absence of a sore does not completely eliminate the chance of infection but it does likely lower it. I am zero concerned about HIV, and not concerned about gonorrhea or chlamydia because of the treatment you obtained. I am not concerned about HSV 2 infection either because of the condom use and the very short duration of intercourse.

Can a 4 week test for all the STDs, especially Herpes and HIV be conclusive ?

I would say that an HIV test at 4 weeks would be quite conclusive, but probably a 6 week test would be better, depending upon which test is done. Herpes testing is not considered fully accurate until 16 weeks from exposure.

Some websites says that Herpes test is not required if no symptoms show up. Would you agree with this ? I am still going to test but I was wondering based on that statement, should I be not worried if no symptoms show up by a certain time ? Also, what time frame would that be, i.e. time by which if I don’t have any cold sore or anything on or around my penis, I could get more relaxed about Herpes.
Also, are my current symptoms : minor itching or the eye thing indicative of anything ?

You are asking my opinion and my opinion, since 80% of those infected with HSV 2 don’t know it, that testing is the only real way to know.
Minor itching and the eye thing do not suggest herpes to me at all. This is your final post on this subscription. If you have more questions, feel free to renew
