June 3, 2022 – IGG HSV2 <.91 (Done at Kelsey Seybold and did not provide actual index value)
June 13, 2022 – IGG HSV1 <.10 & HSV2 .10
Should I continue to wait to see if anything changes?
Symptoms were a bit of pain in urethra in February & March
Then balanitis from mid April to May
Also experiencing tingles in legs, buttocks, thighs, face and head. Also experiencing lower back pain and some discharge. Been tested for every other std multiple times and all negative.
I want to also add that the discharge is only when I am waking up, not during the day.
Also would like to add again that I have been feeling pretty sick for the last month or so and have been having headaches and pain behind my eye and sometimes in my ears & facial tingling that sometimes is half of my face and on the top of my head too. No current pain in my penis but sometimes I do feel goosebumps or a tingling sensation on my testicals. I have yet to have any lesions or cuts down there.
Thank you for your time Mrs.Terri, I hope you can get to my questions soon!
When you keep posting new posts like you’ve been doing, it moves your question down farther.
Nothing that you have posted here makes me concerned that you have herpes and your blood tests are quite negative and remain the same. I see no point in continuing to test. However, we know that the IgG test misses 30% of HSV 1 infections and 8% of HSV 2 infections, compared to the western blot so I can’t say that you are 100% negative.
Terri
Thank you for your time!
You’re most welcome
Terri
